PA Classics Smocked Pinafore — Pink Seersucker

A pink and white striped seersucker pinafore with a square bib front, flutter ruffle sleeves, and straps that cross at the back. Two buttons sit on the waistband above a band of pink hand-smocking finished with a scalloped edge, and the skirt falls full and gathered from there.
